Abstract
Con el propósito de iniciar con el proceso de instaurar una cultura de integridad académica dentro de la gestión de la biblioteca, se realizan diferentes actividades, con el objetivo de identificar la perspectiva que tiene la comunidad universitaria, respecto al acceso y uso de la biblioteca, principales necesidades de capacitación para la generación de acciones que puedan coadyuvar a mejorar la calidad educativa en la Sede Regional de San Carlos, de la UTN. Dichos estudios se realizaron en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2019 al 2022. La metodología utilizada para realizarlos se dividió en tres fases: la primera de planeación de los estudios de usuarios y aplicación de los instrumentos, así como la identificación de la población y la muestra del estudio; la segunda fase la aplicación de los instrumentos y la tercera fase es de análisis de los datos, asícomo la descripción del contexto y la interpretación de los resultados. Dentro de las conclusiones se puede indicar que es de valor el trabajo realizado por parte de la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Transferencia (VIT) y el Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas y Recursos Digitales (SIDIREDI) para el desarrollo y consolidación de un programa de formación y capacitación (Programa eALFIN), que colabore en el fomento y animación de la lectura, redacción e investigación, así como el desarrollo de competencias, habilidades y destrezas en la gestión de información y conocimiento que favorecen la calidad educativa.
