Abstract
En el presente documento de investigación se diseñó una propuesta de mediación pedagógica para el desarrollo metodológico del proyecto Metamorfosis, dirigido al Área de Extensión y Acción Social de la Universidad Técnica Nacional, cuya metodología cualitativa se basó en la reflexión de la realidad actual desde la experiencia y la praxis. Lo anterior, representa el desarrollo integral de la educación académica. Asimismo, la profundidad del análisis es de tipo descriptiva; la cual permitió identificar y describir la necesidad de crear un proyecto para ser utilizado por parte de las personas docentes involucradas en el proceso educativo, como una valiosa guía de trabajo en el aula.
La reflexión sobre la realidad educativa costarricense se presenta, como ya se mencionó, desde la experiencia y la praxis y, fue considerada a partir de dos grupos de personas. El primero, conformado por personas con experiencia en docencia, psicopedagogía, andragogía, entre otros. El segundo, corresponde a un grupo de profesores de la UTN quiénes han sido parte de programas de acción social. Cabe destacar que, para la recopilación de la información, se utilizaron dos instrumentos: la entrevista a profundidad y el taller virtual.
El diseño de dicha propuesta de mediación pedagógica se creó con la finalidad de transformar, significativamente, el proceso educativo de los talleres del proyecto Metamorfosis, por medio de una guía que permita fortalecer los procesos educativos.
Cabe recalcar que, con esta investigación, se concluyó que la metodología educativa es una práctica diaria del mediador y que va de la mano con la tecnología. Lo anterior, permitirá el desarrollo de actividades que inviten a la interacción en una sociedad globalizada, porque esta no puede ser rígida, sino más bien, innovadora y creativa. Además, una propuesta metodológica debe permitir alcanzar los objetivos de aprendizaje para ser planificada, organizada y ejecutada. Para ello, es importante el tiempo; el cual se presenta dentro del proceso como un antes, un durante y un después. De esta forma, el mediador podrá establecer sus valoraciones, de acuerdo con los resultados que brinden los contenidos que han sido evaluados.
In this paper, a pedagogical mediation proposal was designed to the methodological development of the metamorphosis project. This is directed towards the extension and social action area of the Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN), whose qualitative methodology was based on the reflection of the current reality from the experience and praxis; this represents the interpretive paradigm; likewise, the depth analysis of a descriptive type allowed to identify and describe the need to create a proposal that serves as a guide for the involved teachers. Moreover, this investigation also allowed to work with the participatory action research approach. The reflection about reality from the experience and praxis was based on two groups of professionals; the first one group was individuals with experience on teaching, psycho-pedagogy, andragogy, among others. The second was a group of UTN professors who have been part of social action programs. In the investigation, two instruments were used to collect the information: In-depth interview and virtual workshops. The design of this pedagogical mediation proposal was created with the purpose of meaningfully transforming the educational process of metamorphosis project workshops to transform the educational processes. It was concluded that the educational methodology is a daily practice in which the mediator is involved, and this methodology should go along with technology, which should allow the development of not rigid activities that enable an innovative and creative interaction in a global society. In addition, a methodological proposal may achieve the learning objectives; it must be planned, organized, and well executed. Furthermore, the mediator should have to establish evaluations that will confirm the learning breakthrough on each step of the process.
